There is an exciting new option for Colorado individuals and Small Businesses:
Anthem\'s Individual and Small Group Lumenos® consumer-driven health plans (CDHPs) -
a suite of products that can help consumers manage their health and health care

Anthem has added five Lumenos plans to their existing EmployeeElect portfolio for
small groups and removed the previous HSA-compatible plans. They have also added a
Lumenos HSA plan to the BeneFits portfolio. Plus, Anthem is offering 19 new CDHPs
for individuals.
These new plans, which are effective April 1, 2007, give consumers what they need to
be more informed about their health and their health care options, and can help them
save money for future health care expenses. Anthem\'s Lumenos CDHPs include:
. 100 percent coverage for recommended preventive care for most plans.
. A health account to help pay medical expenses.
. Financial incentives to reward healthy behaviors for many plans.
. Traditional health care coverage with access to our PPO network.
